Ukrainian foreign minister Dmitry Kuleba admitted that Kyiv has 'no plan B' and seeks military aid from the US. Speaking with CNN, Kuleba said, "What is given to Ukraine is not charity; it's an investment in the protection of NATO." Kuleba's comments came amid a stalemate in the US Congress over $61 billion in aid legislation for Ukraine.
