Chinese President Xi Jinping is set for a third grand coronation, becoming the 'most powerful' leader in China since Mao Zedong's regime. As per Chinese state broadcaster CCTV's report, ruling Communist Party will hold its five-yearly Congress beginning on October 16, when it will anoint Xi Jinping for a historic third term. China's Politburo Standing Committee will hold a meeting behind closed doors at the Great Hall of the People on the western side of Tiananmen Square in central Beijing.
