Al-Qaeda killed Bhutto: Scotland Yard

Banking on the evidences collected by Scotland Yard detectives in Pakistan, British officials on January 13 confirmed that Al-Qaeda militants killed Benazir Bhutto. According to reports published in The Sunday Times, the British diplomats have supported Musharraf's disputed account that Al-Qaeda's south Waziristan leader Baitullah Mehsud masterminded the assassination and later congratulated the perpetrators on a "fantastic job".
