'Crew was asked to escape after passengers': Ferry chief mate

Outside a district court in Mokpo, South Korea, the Chief Mate of the Sewol ferry that sank last week said that crew members were given the order to leave the ship after the passengers, when the ship had tilted to almost 90 degrees.
