Dawood Ibrahim not in Pakistan: Pakistan foreign office

Pakistan Foreign Office spokesman Qazi Khalilullah on Thursday stated that underworld don Dawood Ibrahim is not hiding in Pakistan and added that this had been their government's stand in the matter since the beginning. He also added that Pakistan's permanent representative had briefed the UN about the failed NSA level talks between India and Pakistan, while stressing that Kashmir was an outstanding issue that 'needed to be resolved through talks'.
