The IAEA head Mohamed El Baradei has voiced his concerns over the possibility that Pakistan's nuclear arsenal could fall into extremist hands. As quoted by the Pan-Arab daily Al-Hayat, El Baradei articulated that the extremist regime could take root in Pakistan, that has around 30 to 40 warheads.
