Pak SC's take on Karachi blasts

Pakistan's Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has taken suo moto notice of October 18 suicide attacks on Benazir Bhutto's reception rally in which over 140 people were killed in Karachi. The Supreme Court will hear the case on November 1. Earlier, on 30th October, Muhammad Chaudhury ordered the government to allow Nawaz Sharif to return home, saying that the deportation of the former prime minister violated an earlier ruling by the Pakistan Supreme Court.
