Singh wants to develop further strategic ties with France

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived in Paris on Monday to attend the French National Day celebrations. Singh, who will attend the celebrations on Tuesday as the chief guest said India and France are partners in diverse fields and it would be his endeavour to further develop the partnership.
