This US cafe teaches underage criminals to 'play with knives and fire'

A Dallas chef named Chad Houser says the way to help troubled teenage boys is teach them to play with knives and fire. The unconventional youth program is changing lives one plate at a time as one Cafe Momentum graduate said, "This program could really change your life like, wherever you come from, you can do better."
