US working to allow India access to Headley: Roemer

Timothy J Roemer, the US Ambassador to India in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday said that Washington is working round the clock to let Indian investigating agencies have direct access to David Coleman Headley, charged with scouting targets for the 2008 attacks in Mumbai. The US envoy also clarified that the common objective of New Delhi and Washington has been to bring persons including Headley to justice who are associated with savage attacks and killing scores of innocent people.
