A terrifying video has emerged from the Kunming, China of a driver appearing to perform the world's most dangerous U-turn. In the video, which was captured by a security camera on Sunday, the driver of a black SUV turns into oncoming traffic on a main road, hitting another vehicle and then knocking a bicycle out of a man's hand and crushing it. Police believe the driver's accelerator pedal was stuck.
