At 15lbs (6.6kgs), this adorable baby girl is the world's heaviest new born. She was delivered by a cesarean section and doctors say she's absolutely healthy and normal. An average baby is born weighing around 7.5lbs (3.4kgs). Dr. Poornima Manu, the gynaecologist who delivered the baby said that she was a big surprise for the doctors. The surgery took place for nearly half an hour and it was free of any risk. She is really big and beautiful.
