An earthquake of magnitude 5.5 struck Minahasa in Indonesia on Wednesday, the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre said.

The quake was at a depth of 97 km (60.27 miles) and the epicenter of the quake was at a distance of 28 km south of Manado, Indonesia, the EMSC said.
