Delta Flight 266, a Boeing 767 bound for Amsterdam, was being taxied onto the runway when its wing clipped the tail of Delta Connection Flight 4904, a smaller regional jet bound for Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina.

Logan spokesman Phil Orlandella said one passenger complained of a possible neck injury and was taken to a local hospital as a precaution.

Local television showed several emergency vehicles surrounding the smaller plane after passengers were taken back to the terminal. The 767 taxied back to the terminal under its own power.

Some 204 passengers and 11 crew were on board Flight 266. The Raleigh-bound flight had 74 passengers and three crew aboard.

Orlandella said an investigation into the incident was under way.
