Moderate quake felt in northwest Pak
A moderate earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale was felt in northwest Pakistan on Saturday but there were no immediate reports of casualties or damage, an official said.

A moderate earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale was felt in northwest Pakistan on Saturday but there were no immediate reports of casualties or damage, an official said.
Tremors were felt in the northwestern city of Mansehra and the capital Islamabad at 8:55 am (0255 GMT), seismological department official Mohammad Akram told AFP.
The earthquake's epicentre was located about 440 kilometres (273 miles) north of Peshawar in the mountains of Tajikistan, he said.
A devastating 7.6-magnitude earthquake in northwest Pakistan and Kashmir killed some 74,000 people and displaced 3.5 million in October 2005.
