Ending days of confusion on the fate of United Nations Mission in Nepal (UNMIN), Nepal government and opposition Maoists have agreed to extend its term by four months.

Caretaker PM Madhav Kumar Nepal and Maoist chief Pushpa Kamal Dahal signed an agreement on Monday to extend UNMIN’s tenure with the current mandate for the last time.
