Five people, including two children, were killed and two others critically injured after they were struck by lightning in Nepal’s Sarlahi district near Indian border on Tuesday.

Five people, including two children, were killed and two others critically injured after they were struck by lightning in Nepal’s Sarlahi district near Indian border on Tuesday.
The incident occurred when they went to a river bank with their cattle in search of fodder, police said, adding that the injured were being treated at a nearby hospital in Mahargunj.
Five cattle were also killed in the incident.
