An initiative organised by Chandigarh administration and traffic police in collaboration with EMBARQ India and media partner Hindustan Times, Raahgiri aims to give the residents a chance to reclaim the streets and enjoy various activities like cycling, football, aerobics, zumba, skating, badminton, yoga, and hula-hoop to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Besides, REMobilize Cyclothon was organised to encourage people to use cycle as a medium of transportation not only for the health benefits, but also to get rid of parking woes and have a clean environment. Rent free bicycles were provided on the spot to children and other people. More than 80 people participated in this initiative by Global Shapers Chandigarh along with other organisers. The first three winners of the cyclothon – Nishant Maini, Prabhjot Singh and Navnit Arora – were presented gifts.
