A photograph is worth a thousand words. For a week, 135 amateur photographers exhibited their photographs at the exhibition held by Delhi Photography Club at Indian Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road. PICS INSIDE
Another participant Nidhi Agarwal began shooting with a Canon D3100 point-and-shoot camera four months ago to pursue her hobby.
A post-graduate from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Nidhi has travelled as far as Ladakh to capture the beauty of the barren Moonscape of the Himalayan wilderness.

That the exhibition was a success could be gauged from the views of a visitor Naha Sharma who said the "beautiful photographs" have inspired her to try and become a photographer herself.
Boosted by the enthusiasm of photographers, the DPC is now planning to branch out to other places like Jaipur and Ludhiana and provide photography enthusiasts with a place to meet and exchange views.
