Aamir Khan-starrer PK creates history, crosses Rs. 600 cr mark worldwide

The film’s gross India business is pegged at Rs. 451 crore, while its overseas business is close to Rs. 151 crore, which takes the total tally to Rs. 602 crore.

Earlier, PK became the first Hindi film to register a business of more than Rs. 300 crore. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted on January 12, “#PK [4th Week] Fri 1.82 cr, Sat 2.82 cr, Sun 4.01 cr. Total: ? 328.78 cr. India biz.”

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, PK released on December 19, 2014. It also stars Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput and Saurabh Shukla in important roles.
