Exes can be friends and no one proves this better than Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan.

In an industry where things often get dirty when relationships end, exes Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan are here to prove that it can be done with dignity and friendship too. The couple which got divorced in 2017 was with son Arhaan, Malaika’s sister Amrita Arora, her husband Shakeel Ladakh and their two sons. Malaika’s parents were also present during the outing on Monday night.

Shortly before announcing their separation in 2016, Malaika moved out of the house she shared with Arbaaz and took her son, Arhaan, along with her. The couple continues to co-parent son Arhaan. They are also seen celebrating festivals and special days together. Last year in November, Malaika and Arbaaz also celebrated their son’s birthday together.

Speaking about her relationship with Arbaaz post divorce, Malaika had said, “Arbaaz is a part of my family, the father of my child. Certain equations don’t change overnight. The things that happened should remain between us. It’s personal. We don’t have to prove anything to anybody. (Meeting Arbaaz) makes my son happy, and that makes me happy. For Amu (sister Amrita Arora Ladak), he’s like a brother, and he is a son to my parents. What happened is between us.”
