Life-size Krrish Ganesha idol inspires Rakesh Roshan to make Krrish 4

The filmmaker has announced the fourth instalment of the Krrish film franchise.

Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan has confirmed that the next instalment of the Krrish franchise will soon go on floors and it was a life-size idol of Lord Ganesha dressed as Krrish which inspired him.

“When my wife showed me a tweet with Bappa’s picture as Krrish, it reaffirmed my belief that Krrish is the original superhero we have. It boosted my confidence and inspired me to make the fourth instalment. Ganesha is also called the God of auspicious beginnings. I guess this was his way of saying that we have his blessings for Krrish 4,” says Roshan.

This life size idol inspired Roshan to make another Krrish film.

The movie starring Hrithik Roshan in the lead is slated to go on floors next year and release on Christmas 2018.
