My entry in Bollywood was easy: Aarya Babbar
Aarya Babbar, 30, son of veteran actor Raj Babbar, says his entry into Bollywood was easy thanks to his father.
Aarya Babbar, 30, son of veteran actor Raj Babbar, says his entry into Bollywood was easy thanks to his father.
“Entering Bollywood isn’t easy. I got a chance in Bollywood because of my father and he has helped me a lot and guided me through out. But it’s because of my hardwork that I am still in this industry. If your work isn’t good, it is difficult to survive here,” he says.
The actor debuted in Bollywood in 2002 with Ab Ke Baras, but it bombed at the box office.
Having been a part of multi-starrers like Tees Maar Khan and Ready, he is yet to deliver a solo hit. Aarya says acting was his personal choice. “My father never forced me to enter Bollywood. It was my interest and inclination towards Hindi cinema that I wanted to be an actor. I had no interest in politics,” he adds.
Aarya will next be seen in a Punjabi film Yaar Anmulle.
