The 43-year-old actor said, “The film industry needs trained professionals who can come up with fresh and innovative ideas. Such institutes are important to achieve that goal.”

John, who turned producer with the sleeper hit Vicky Donor in 2012, also spoke about film production as a lucrative option for those who wanted a career in the entertainment industry. “Making a film is a highly creative process that involves a team of professionals like the director, art director, set designer, choreographer, screen writer and others, so it is important for educational institutes to offer courses that prepare professionals in this field,” said the Dostana actor.
