#SaluteSelfie lands Shahid, Aditi in trouble

Actors Shahid Kapoor and Aditi Rao Hydari posted salute selfies on instagram where they are seen saluting with their left hands. Followers immediately trolled the both for being 'disrespectful' towards the Indian Army.

While B-town folks were busy spreading the patriotic spirit online on Independence Day, actors Shahid Kapoor and Aditi Rao Hydari were in for some flak on Instagram.

Both of them posted their I-Day salute selfies which showed them saluting with their left hand.

While Shahid wrote, "#SaluteSelfie acknowledging the selfless, brave heroes #IndianArmy", Aditi wrote, "Thank you for every single day that you selflessly risk your life for our peace and happiness #SaluteSelfie."

Soon, the two were flooded with messages like, “Never salute with left hand, its wrong,” “Salute always wit right hand wit left u insulting hero’s”, “Madam right hand se salute karte hai..left se nhi (sic).”
