The film is a love triangle about a thief, a filmmaker and an actress. Apparently, Ranbir Kapoor is playing the character of a shrewd conman who is also termed as the deadliest of the modern world. The story unfolds in Malaysia where Arjun Rampal is shooting for his new film.



Bollywood's lead actors such as Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan and Emraan Hashmi have played the role of a conman in recent past.



Ranbir Kapoor will be under pressure to perform as his last outing as the lead Besharam failed to work at the box-office.



Roy is expected to hit the screens on February 13, 2015.
