With back-to-back successful films like The Dirty Picture (TDP, 2011), Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum (KSKHH, 2012) and the recently released Shootout At Wadala (SAW), Tusshar Kapoor seems to be in a good phase. The actor credits this success to the Mahavir Mandir in Patna.

In fact, Tusshar has been offering prayers at the temple before the release of his last three films.

The actor reveals that the temple visits were never pre-planned. “It was not planned, but a coincidence. Whenever I was in Patna promoting my upcoming releases, my schedule permitted me to visit the temple,” says Tusshar, adding, “I visited the temple for the first time on my birthday. I was promoting TDP in Patna then, and the local organisers made arrangements for me to visit the holy place. The next year, Riteish (Deshmukh) and I visited the temple while promoting KSKHH there. And then, for SAW also, I was fortunate to visit the place,” says the actor.

Looking at the success of his films, he has now decided to visit the temple before all his upcoming releases. “I am going to make it a point to go there before all my releases; I will make it a ritual now. My next visit will be before Bhajathe Raho hits the theatres,” adds Tusshar.
