Vidya Balan has been making public appearances with a fake baby bump to promote Kahaani. She considers it a dress rehearsal for future: “I now know what to wear when I’m pregnant.”
The fake baby bump that she sports in the film is a temporary portable stomach made of rubber weighing two kilos. The actor says that it not only gives her the pregnant look but also the weight and gait of a pregnant lady.
