The stage was set, director was ready, and the cameras started rolling; but Vidya and Tusshar could not shoot a kissing scene for Milan Luthria's Dirty Picture.

The scene required a passionate kiss between Vidya Balan and Tusshar Kapoor. Here's why the couple could not go ahead with the scene.

A crew member told Mid Day. "On Monday evening, there was a dragon fly attack on the sets. They weren't the regular dragonflies, so we had to be cautious and turn off all the lights for a couple of hours," a source told Mid Day. The scene that was supposed to be shot at night couldn't be picturised as it wasn't until early morning that the hordes of dragonflies dispersed.

"But we did shoot the complete buildup to the liplock, with Tusshar stopping his bike near Vidya's car and walking towards her, lying on the bonnet with people watching," informed the source.

Director Milan Luthria confirmed the incident to the tabloid. "There were millions of those flies. They would get into our mouths and clothes."

"We could shoot some scenes before packing up the schedule. We couldn't shoot the kiss scene then and have scheduled it for another day," adds Milan.
