Air signs: Foods to suit your sun sign
Here's the second of a four-part series on eating according to your zodiac sign so you'll thank your stars. Dr Shikha Sharma writes this one for Librans, Aquarians and Geminis.
The air signs naturally have air-like traits. They walk fast, speak quickly, are very communicative and love to do several things at the same time.
So basically, air signs are active, fast movers and think on their feet. They tend to get bored easily and love to connect with others.
They are also people who love to travel.
On the downside, most air signs tend to neglect their meals.
Consequentially, they get very hungry, which leads to headaches and cranky behaviour.

Air signs must eat small and frequent meals. They also tend to have very sensitive digestive systems and are unable to eat large quantities in one go without feeling uncomfortable.
So, they must eat their food slowly and chew it well to avoid digestive problems.
Air signs need to nourish their nervous systems regularly. They must consume of calcium and magnesium to soothe their nerves. They should include lots of vitamins, especially the vitamin B group.
