Bajwa slams Badal for diesel price hike

Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) chief Partap Singh Bajwa has slammed the recent hike in diesel prices.People also wanted to know that whether the CM's daughter-in-law raised the issue of the need for increase in disels prices with Prime Minister Narendra Modi; and if she did, was she ignored, he asked.

Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) chief Partap Singh Bajwa has slammed the recent hike in diesel prices.

"Till recently, when the Congress-led UPA government was in power at the Centre, chief minister Parkash Singh Badal was opposing such hikes. Now, they have also increased the prices. It is only now that the BJP would understand the basics of country's economy as it is easy to criticise the unpopular decisions, taken due to compulsions of the global economy."

People also wanted to know that whether the CM's daughter-in-law raised the issue of the need for increase in disels prices with Prime Minister Narendra Modi; and if she did, was she ignored, he asked.
