On the directions of the high court orders dated September 2, special judge (NIA), Panchkula on September 13 had fixed the date for comparison of material by the NIA for September 20 and 21.

However, Aseemanand approached the high court, on Tuesday, seeking some more time with the submission that he wanted to file the special leave petition in the Supreme Court challenging the orders.

So to unearth larger conspiracy, Panchkula NIA court had permitted NIA to unseal the seized material of the Samjhauta blast case in the presence of counsels for the accused and after comparison to reseal the same.
