Dr Jaswinder Singh, dean, academic affairs of the university, said that the last date to receive admission forms without late fee will be July 3 and the interviews for all categories, except for the sports and cultural activities category, will be held from July 14 to 16.
The interview for admission on the basis of sports and cultural activities will be conducted on July 18, 2014, in the offices of dean, students welfare, and the director, youth welfare, respectively.
Aptitude tests for the courses like MA journalism, theatre and TV, dance and music shall be conducted on July 17 Similarly. physical efficiency test for master of physical education class will be held on the same date.
Dr Jaswinder Singh said that all teaching departments would reopen on June 30 after the summer vacations. The first year classes will start from July 14 and the examinations of the first semester shall be conducted in the first week of December.
