The bids can be submitted from 10 am on July 1 till 10 am on July 25. The bids will be opened on July 25.
Both commercial properties are booths, located in Sector 51-A with reserve prices of ₹80 lakh and ₹85 lakh.
Among the residential properties, 17 are located in Indira Colony, Manimajra. Their reserve prices range from ₹32 lakh to ₹34 lakh. All of these are Category-4 dwelling units.
Three Category-4 units in Manimajra have reserve prices hovering around ₹53 lakh.
The remaining three units are an MIG flat in Sector 51, which is being offered at a reserve price of ₹90 lakh, an EWS unit in Sector 38 (West) for a minimum price of ₹24 lakh and a similar unit in Sector 52 for ₹21.11 lakh.
Detailed procedure for submission of earnest money deposit and e-bids is available on www.chbonline.in.
In its last auction of residential and commercial properties that concluded on June 22, CHB had managed to sell only six of the 31 freehold properties.
Of the 27 residential properties, only four could be sold and in the commercial segment, only two of the four properties found takers.
Even in the previous auction that concluded in May, the response was similarly tepid, as CHB could sell only four of the total 35 properties on offer.
