The logistics hub is just 15 km away from the Noida airport, the project forms part of Yeida’s Master Plan 2031 (Phase-2). It involves the acquisition of 361 land plots, including 110.03 hectares in Dorpuri and 55.64 hectares in Syaraul, said officials.
At least 888 families will be affected by the project along with around 20 companies listed in land records. In total, 4,884 people will be directly impacted — 2,952 residents from Dorpuri and 1,932 from Syaraul, as per the SIA draft report.
“The report will be reviewed by all agencies involved and then the project will see the next stage,” said Yeida’s officer on special duty Shailendra Bhatia.
