The project included adoption of the Class Saathi digital learning solution across 200 classrooms from various government schools from Chiraigaon, Cholapur, Harhua and Kashi Vidyapeeth blocks, across Varanasi.

The event was graced by Chang Jae-bok, South Korean ambassador to India, as the guest of honour. The ambassador, along with TagHive founder and CEO, Pankaj Agarwal, gave away the prizes and also launched the ‘Endline Impact Report’ at the event.

Vinod Yadav, founder and CEO, Progressive Foundation, the implementation partner for the Varanasi school project, was also present at the event.

Speaking about the rise in the edtech sector in India, Jae-bok, added, “We are glad to see that with government policies like NEP that is promoting digital learning and tech driven solutions, there is a tremendous potential for the edtech sector to grow. Education technology has been at the forefront of learning transformation around the world, and it becoming available to as many students as possible, is exactly the direction we foresee.”
