Gautam shared the pictures of his meeting with former India skipper and his family on Twitter, terming it a special day.

Dhoni is currently spending his time with family after leading CSK to title glory in the recently concluded season of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Under his leadership, the Chennai based franchise, who were returning to the cash-rich league after a two-year ban, beat the Kane Williamson-led Sunrisers Hyderabad by eight wickets to lift their third IPL title in Mumbai on May 27.

India are scheduled to play two T20s against Ireland beginning June 27 before taking on England in a three-match T20 series beginning July 3. After that, India will also lock horns with England in a five-match ODI series that starts on July 12.
