'There's a lot to answer. Who is going to be held accountable?': Ex-PAK captain slams Babar's men after ENG sweep series

Completing a memorable series triumph on Tuesday in Pakistan, Ben Stokes-led England hammered Babar Azam and Co. in the third and final Test match at the Karachi National Stadium. Stokes-led England thrashed Pakistan by 8 wickets to complete a historic whitewash of the Babar-led side in their backyard. Resuming their innings on 112-2, Stokes-led England chased down the modest 167-run target in just 38 minutes to secure a famous series win over Pakistan in Karachi.
With the comfortable win in the 3rd Test, England handed Babar's Pakistan side their first home whitewash in the longest and oldest format of the game. Before touring Pakistan for the first time in 17 years, England had won only two Test matches in Pakistan. England's 3-0 win is also its first series triumph in Pakistan since 2000-2001. Reflecting on Pakistan's embarrassing series defeat, former cricketer Salman Butt lashed out at the Babar-led side.

Sharing his views on his YouTube channel, former Pakistan skipper Butt highlighted that visitors England recorded a historic series win in the absence of several seasoned campaigners. "Pakistan seemed to be clueless - be it about selection or the kind of pitch to be prepared. They had no plans for anything. They did not even seem to have a strategy over what style of cricket to play. England were not even at full strength. (Jos) Buttler, (Jofra) Archer, (Jonny) Bairstow, and (Stuart) Broad were not part of the team. Still, Pakistan were whitewashed in an absolutely crushing manner," Butt said.
Talking about the recently concluded 3rd Test match, Rehan Ahmed's bowling heroics and Harry Brook's sublime century powered England to a convincing win over Pakistan in Karachi. England's Brook was also named the Player of the Series. Launching a fresh attack on the Pakistani think tank after the Karachi encounter, ex-Pakistan cricketer Butt also questioned the non-selection of Nauman Ali in the first two Test matches of the three-game series.
“Selectors need to think about what kind of job they are doing. What kind of team did they choose for the (T20) World Cup? In the Test series, their selection of spinners was baffling. Why did Nauman Ali not play in the earlier Tests? There is a lot to answer. Who is going to be held accountable?," the former Pakistan skipper added.
