Airport Expressline to get new helpline number

From Sunday, Delhi Metro’s Airport Expressline will have a new helpline number - 155370. It will replace the existing Airport Express Line helpline number - 30802030.

From Sunday, Delhi Metro’s Airport Expressline will have a new helpline number.

Delhi Metro’s round the clock helpline number — 155370 — will replace the existing Airport Expressline helpline number — 30802030. With this, the earlier number, operated by Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Ltd (DAMEPL), will become non-functional from the same day.

After the takeover of Airport Express Line from DAMEPL from August 1, DMRC has decided to merge this with its own Helpline Number 155370 for commuters’ convenience, said Anuj Dayal, chief spokesperson, DMRC.

“Commuters can register complaints and suggestions regarding Delhi Metro services, besides all other lines of the Delhi Metro network,” he added.
