A man was killed while six others were injured when a call-centre cab ran into a footpath tea-stall in a south Delhi locality on Saturday morning.

The driver lost control over the vehicle he was driving and ran into the tea stall in Lado Sarai where seven people were having tea at around 9 am, a senior police official said.
Mehar Chand, a resident of Faridabad, died on the spot while the injured were rushed to AIIMS. Out of the six wounded, doctors said the condition of two of them were serious.
Driver Virender (33), a resident of Rajokri, was arrested from the spot and a case of rash and negligent driving was registered.
