"We are not talking to anyone...We need not talk to our allies as they are with us. All those (Fourth Front) who fought elections against us have already stated that they are with UPA," AICC General Secretary Janardan Dwivedi told reporters in New Delhi.

Dwivedi said any discussion or talks, if necessary, will be held only after May 16 when the results are declared.

Asked what the party would expect from the President-- invite the single largest party or pre poll alliance for government formation--Dwivedi said "the President should go by the Constitution".

Listing the achievements of the UPA government in the last five years in different fields, Dwivedi claimed there was no anti-incumbency against the government and there was nothing against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and the leadership.

"Despite a coalition government, we fulfilled the promises in the manifesto and the Common Minimum Programme. All sections of society benefited. Even during worldwide recession, the growth rate was 6 per cent," he said.

The Congress leader said all surveys have showed the youth were inclined to Congress.
