‘DDA flats only for delhiites’
A group of applicants for new DDA flats, on Sunday, demanded that the flat should not be offered to those who do not live here. HT reports.

A group of applicants for new DDA flats, on Sunday, demanded that the flat should not be offered to those who do not live here.
The DDA Flat Applicants Association said around 16,000 flats, available for draw of lots, should not be made available to non-residents of Delhi.
The DDA has come out with one of its biggest ever housing schemes for which the applications were received till Friday.
“It is natural that a vast number of Delhiites would be unsuccessful if non-Delhiites also participate in the draw,” Ritesh Dewan, Secretary of the Association, said in a statement.
