Suresh Kumar Meena, a resident of Shalimar Bagh, has been evading his arrest for the past two months. Earlier a Rohini court had also issued non-bailable warrants against the accused. Police said they would attach Meena's property if he does not surrender till April 18.
“Suresh Kumar has been continuously evading his arrest. When we could not arrest, we approached the city court and he was declared a proclaimed offender," said a senior police officer.
Police said Meena and Vijay Patanjali, another property dealer who surrendered last month had together pumped in Rs 39 lakhs to buy the application forms under the reserved category scheme.
