'Destroy terror camps'

Defence Minister A K Antony on Thursday asked the global community to "compel" Pakistan to destroy terror camps on its soil. HT reports.

Defence Minister A K Antony on Thursday asked the global community to "compel" Pakistan to destroy terror camps on its soil.

His comments come on the heels of former Pakistan president Pervez Musharraf's admission Islamabad had trained militant groups to fight against India.

"The international community should... persuade and compel Pakistan to dismantle terror outfits there. There are 44 terrorist outfits there, all of them must be dismantled..," he said after meeting his Russian counterpart A E Serdyukov.
