Ajay Maken, the minister of state for Youth Affairs & Sports, inaugurated the disabled-friendly multipurpose hall in northwest Moti Bagh on Sunday.

Built at a cost of R99.5 lakh, the hall has user-friendly ramps to make it accessible to physically challenged persons.

The NDMC constructed the hall on the ground floor and a library on its first floor after demolishing an existing temporary shed.
