Elections to the Delhi University Students' Union will be held on September 7.
The last date for receipt of nominations is August 24, while the last date of withdrawal of nominations is August 27, a release issued by the university said on Friday.
Prof Gurmeet Singh of Chemistry department has been appointed as the chief election officer, while Prof JM Khurana of the same department will be the chief returning officer and Dr Rajendra Tandon of Botany department will be the additional returning officer.
Date and venue for counting of votes will be announced later, the release added.
