An electrical engineer working with a mobile tower company has been arrested on charges of threatening people and extorting money from them, police said.

An electrical engineer working with a mobile tower company has been arrested on charges of threatening people and extorting money from them, police said.
The accused, identified as Vikas Kumar (27), is the son of an MCD Inspector.
