“The idea was to extend my hobby to help people,” says this social enterprise employee. “I love cooking and inviting people for meals, so I decided to take this further to help raise funds for the Leh victims.”

On the menu is Thai, Italian, Chinese and Indian food which Nainwal has been shopping for and cooking himself every evening after work. On Sunday he plans something special for his runners group. “They need to load their carbs, so I’ll make some pasta and salad,” he says.

So skip that night-out this Saturday and head to Nainwal’s for a meal – and a cause.

Till Oct 6. Minimum contribution for a complete meal Rs 1,000. For reservations, call 9818003121.
