‘Give remand papers to Kazmi’
A court in New Delhi on Thursday asked the Delhi Police to supply copies of remand papers to journalist Syed Mohammad Kazmi, who has been listed as an accused in the chargesheet in the Israeli diplomat car bombing case.

A court in New Delhi on Thursday asked the Delhi Police to supply copies of remand papers to journalist Syed Mohammad Kazmi, who has been listed as an accused in the chargesheet in the Israeli diplomat car bombing case.
Chief metropolitan magistrate Vidya Prakash passed the order after Kazmi’s counsel said they had not been given the papers.
