GPS to help check traffic violation

A fleet of 35 specially-designed vehicles equipped with Global Positioning System and wireless system was launched by the Chief Minister in a bid to check traffic offences, especially during the Commonwealth Games.

A fleet of 35 specially-designed vehicles equipped with Global Positioning System and wireless system was launched by the Chief Minister in a bid to check traffic offences, especially during the Commonwealth Games. “These vehicles will ensure strict enforcement of rules as they will intercept violators and challan them on the spot," said Dikshit, who launched the fleet.
